Techscreed is an innovative hot applied thermoplastic high-friction patching system designed for thin and veneer surfaces. It can be used to repair both asphalt and concrete surfaces. Flexible Concrete Repair System (Techcrete)
Techcrete is a highways agency approved hot applied thin repair system for concrete highways and runways. Unlike conventional epoxy or cementitious systems which fail due to de-bonding, fatigue and differential expansion characteristics, the Techcrete range of products are designed to extend and compress with the expansion and contraction of the pavement, without the need to reform joints through the repair. Techcrete produces the ultimate flexible repair to the persistent problem of repairing concrete pavements.

Bituminous overband Crack Repair System (Roadseal)
Roadseal is a bituminous overband crack repair system for the repairing of cracks in asphalt and concrete highways. In its molten state Roadseal has excellent flow properties thereby ensuring total penetration of the crack without voids or air pockets. Following cooling it sets to a tough, rubber-like consistency, maintaining flexibility through a wide range of temperatures, at the same time reducing the risk of tyre ‘pick-up’. High PSV aggregates incorporated within the Roadseal provide an excellent anti-skid finish.

Hot Applied Pothole Repair Product (Roadpatch)
Roadpatch is a hot applied compound, which is trafficable within 15-30 minutes of application (depending upon ambient temperature). It is ideal for filling potholes, defects, trenches of varying depths, and is especially suited for pre-surface dressing repairs to asphalt surfaces.
Roadpatch can also be used for repairing areas around drains and iron works etc. Ideal for use on all classes of highways.

Ironwork Replacement System for Gullies (Readyraise Gullies)
Readyraise Gullies is a unique version of the Readyraise ironwork replacement system specially designed for Gully systems.It is designed to overcome the problems of failed Gullies by providing a stress transition zone between the carriageway and the ironwork. The design, which incorporates pre-cast concrete units, both contains the lateral dynamic stress caused by braking and turning and allows for the natural flexing of the ironwork. The iron work is installed within the system and the road can be opened to traffic approx. 1 hour after installation.
The system can also be tailored for non standard size installations.

The Flexible grade is specifically designed for longitudinal repairs. Roadflex H is also particularly suitable for sealing cracks on existing pavements that are to be overlaid by asphalt, thereby helping to alleviate reflective cracking and as a consequence prolonging the serviceable life of the pavement
